- …Benja's deep insights on developing female talent provides greater clarity on the issue that I have seen from any commentator or academic…”, Graham Grant, Head og collection & fraud, NAB Group

- ...Having met Benja it is easy to see how she has achieved so much by influence alone. She clearly has a strong intellect coupled with a passion for fairness and equal opportunity to succeed, but she combines these qualities with great listening skills, a wealth of practical knowledge and experience and considerable personal charm. It was a delight to watch her debate with my colleagues and see them begin to understand how each of us can create the change we want to see", Sue Sjuve, boardmember, National Australia Group

There are leaders and there are those who lead.

Leaders hold a position of power or influence.

Those who lead inspire us.

Whether individuals or organizations, we follow those who lead not because we have to, but because we want to.

We follow those who lead not for them, but for ourselves.

Benja Stig Fagerland tune - and teaches talents, organisations, leaders and companies in how to tune and inspire people, companys and organisations.
