Benja Stig Fagerland - is internationally regarded as a leading expert on gender equalisation issues and on women and management. She has spoken on leadership, talent and performance management across the world. She has had interviews, articles and reviews published in a variety of publications including The Sunday Times Magazine, The Guardian, Der Spiegel, The New York Times and International Herald Tribune etc. She is the Founder and Director of House og womenomics (H.O.W.) an independent, non-profit research institution within the field of womenomics.
