Even though Benja is running her own business, a broad network of people in various industries and sectors keep in regular touch with her. To ensure a continous development of business practices as well as expertise and the works, Benja founded a steering committee/board of directors for TalentTuning/Womenomics.

The mission of TalentTuning's Steering Committee (TTSC) is to be a critical, constructive source of inspiration for TalentTuning's strategy and development.
