As the World transcended from industrial and agrarian societies into modern, knowledge and information driven economies, new requirements were set forth. New challenges were created. New structures emerged.

For years "muscle" meant physical strength. It was required! We needed physical strength to plow the fields, yield the powers of heavy industry, build the cities we are living in and yes -- fight the battles.

But, with the superiority of physical strength dominated the labor markets, the management, the battlefield and the board rooms. Leaving women home to look out for the domestic tranquility.

But then something happened...

We evolved!

Heavy industry was taken over by robotics. The battlefield was taken over by smart guidance. The fields by heavy computerized machinery and the, all of a sudden, physical strength became a thing of the past.

But the boardroom was still golden and barren. And that is how it remained.

Untill now...

With over 60% of European and American college graduates being women, yet only reflecting a few percent in executive management, a new world economy emerged: Womenomics.
